My name is Melonie Fullick and I’m writer and researcher specialising in postsecondary education policy, organizational governance, communication and change in universities.

I have been writing professionally on these issues since 2010, and I’ve also engaged in public speaking on topics relating to my research, such as graduate education, organizational communications, social media for academics, and change in higher education. I have 9 years of teaching experience at the postsecondary level, in areas such as gender studies, linguistics, communication studies, teacher education, and equity studies.
